"AssistantCOACH software is an amazing and long overdue product for figure skating coaches. It has saved me hours of time and has made bookkeeping and billing fast and efficient. This software is very easy to use and is like having your own personal accountant at a fraction of the cost. With one click of the mouse you can input lessons, create invoices or review a student's competition and test history.

The AssistantCOACH software program has changed all aspects of my billing and bookkeeping forever. Tax preparation used to be something I dreaded. Now, with a click here and a click there, I can accomplish much work in little time. I cannot imagine going back to my old and outdated method of doing business.

I am a professional figure skating coach for the past 26 years. For the last three years I have been using a program called AssistantCOACH, created by AWI Solutions. AssistantCOACH has been invaluable to my business. I am able to keep track of all my lessons by registering them daily and creating invoices to send to my clients by email. I can deposit payments into a virtual bank account so as to keep track of all payments, and then forward a receipt by email. When it is time to do my income tax, I have everything in place to give to my accountant.

AssistantCOACH is a must for anyone wishing to look very professional in their business, it has saved me so much time and is so easy to work with. "I have been using the AssistantCOACH Figure Skating software for a little while now, and love the product. My billing time has been cut in half. After entering all my information into the program, I can now simply enter lessons at the end of each billing period in a very simple and efficient manner. It is easy to edit, and a VERY easy program to use.

This product makes all aspects of billing simple. With one click of the mouse you can see your invoice paid/unpaid status, and it makes tracking competition & test progress simple for each client. My skating clients really like the invoice they receive. It breaks all the lessons down in a very simple manner for them to read. Customer service has been 110%. In the beginning I had a few questions, and within hours of e-mailing my question I had an answer that was/is always helpful and with all the information that I needed. On a scale of 1-10 I rate the customer service a 10, and the product a 10 as well.

I was told that if I had any thoughts that might improve or simplify things to feel free and suggest it, and I did put forward one idea, and a change was made in the product that made one area easier to work with. Not many companies will do things like that, so when I realized that they actually listened and considered ideas from customers, that just made me enjoy the product that much more!
